We clearly understand nowadays that dynamic development of the region basing only on the raw material extraction is impossible. Creation of new high-technology production is required. That is why in the near-term prospect we intend to turn Kuzbass into the leading center of raw materials advanced processing.
For this purpose specialized industrial park was created in our region. We are planning to create on its base a unique center integrating educational, research and production activities.
…I am sure that natural resources, which are extracted in Kuzbass, should be converted here. Production of finished product from our own raw materials without any outside help will allow us to raise the profit of regional and local budgets and to create new workplaces in the processing sector and in the service industries.
I think that creation of the Kuzbasskiy Technopark will allow us to raise quality of life in the region, to reveal our people's potential. And that is the main target of socio-economic policy.
